A RELIANCE Inspection goes well beyond the items detailed in the California Real Estate Inspection Association Standards of Practice, and the associated protocol.  The RELIANCE Inspection requires significantly more time than the standard inspection requires. It includes 2A. The entire grounds, including walls, fences, gates, garages (with attached rooms if present), line-voltage electrical components and plumbing on the grounds.  The report is custom-dictated and edited, not filled with computer-generated boilerplate.
